I've had Nortons Security Suite (2009 or whatever the latest version is) for quite some time and the 'One Click Support' facilitie has never worked - even had support try for sometime to fix it, but alas.
Now I don't know if this is a wide spread problem, but what frustrates me is when you go into help and all the solutions and contacts are hidden behind the 'One Click Support' (which doesn't work). I realise there are other ways of contacting support - but it still frustrates me.
