Just a little irritation

I help my father with his computers, and have sold him on your products. Lately though, I have become irritated with your pop-up adds to sell products to your CURRENT subscribers. He and I both have 360 with Lifelock subscriptions but you keep popping adds trying to sell "upgrade to" services that we already have ACTIVE subscriptions for! This has caused my father to think his subscription had lapsed or was not active, causing him distress and necessitating several trips to his home to look at his computer and make sure his program was still active. You have already known mac addresses of current subscribers and the programs they are subscribed to, can you please cross reference with your sales team so they are NOT popping adds for products to CURRENTLY active subscribers of that product?? Could it really be that hard?
