I installed Norton Family yesterday on my son's laptop and configured the house rules but it doesn't appear to have any effect. Both the device and the child do show up on Nortan Family web interface and it says 'Liam is protected!'. But when I login as him on his laptop and open Chrome browser, it allows me to access adult content websites. It allows me to open incognito window. Also I tested blocking a specific website and that does not work either. When I check the Chrome extensions I can see that Norton Family is installed and enabled. No activity shows up in activity section.
The laptop is running Windows 7. The version of Norton Family extension in Chrome is 3.1.0.17. I also tried Internet Explorer and it too allows me to access the website I blocked.
