I just signed up with my son's new Tracfone (Galaxy Galaxy Stardust running 4.3) with the pre-installed Norton Family app (version 3.0.0.277). I registered for message monitoring, and it is not showing texts to or from this phone, saying he has not performed any messaging activites (although the texts were sent after successfully signing up for your service). Also, I blocked a website (reddit.com), and the Chrome browser let it come up with no issue (although it was successfully blocked by the "Internet" app).
Any help that can be offered? Without this kind of blocking or monitoring, there's not much of use. Thanks!
