Hello-
I installed Norton Family on my son's Android tablet and two Windows 10 PCs .
I also have the app installed on my Android phone for my monitoring.
I tried to login to the site tonight from my Win10 Pro machine and every time I enter my email and password, the web page just resets and I am prompted to enter my ID and password again. I have tired Chrome, Firefox and Edge. Same problem all browsers.
If I right click the desktop icon and select Edit Accounts, I am prompted with a login request. After I enter my information I am told Norton Family was unable to retrieve my list accounts. What a disastrous first impression. HELP!
