Just Upgraded to Ghost 14; causes COM proxy & Symantec SymSnap VSS Provider Errors

I just upgraded my Windows XP SP3 System to new versions of Norton Internet Security,
Norton SystemWorks, and Norton Ghost.  Here are the new versions:

    -    Norton Internet Security 2009
    -    Norton SystemWorks Basic 12
    -    Norton Ghost 14

I have not had problems before I upgraded and all the programs installed without error.
Since then, I get an error message shortly after Norton Ghost begins to run.  Ghost appears
to finish creating the backup and the backup verifies properly.

The Event Viewer shows several errors shortly after the backup begins at 4:35 AM (See Below).
The last application message indicates that the “Symantec SymSnap VSS Provider” has crashed
and that I should contact the vendor for a fix.

Could you provide information on how to fix this problem.

Thanks,

Ken West
