I started experiencing a 3039 error where 10 minutes after boot up Sonar Advanced protection would shut down. "Fix it" would attempt to fix advanced protection and fail. I've run complete scans with norton and it didn't return any results. Spybot found a tracking cookie, it's been removed. I've run Malwarebytes, fixed the issues it found and now it gives clean results. But the 3039 error continued. After reading these boards I ran GMER and found a kbwik infection. Trying to browse to information on kbwik is sometimes resulting in browser redirection to random sites. Attached is my GMER scan. I am looking for assistance on removing the rootkit. Thanks.
