I keep getting emails from Norton Family saying:
Norton Family Notification : Browser Extension Disabled
The Norton Family browser extension for ... is disabled on:
LAPTOP-7_Win10 - Google Chrome
I checked multiple times and never was the extension disabled in the Chrome browser.
How can I fix the situation to avoid getting this e-mail on a daily basis.

You can access your private messages by following these steps:
1. Navigate to https://community.norton.com
2. Sign in with your Norton account.
3. click on the profile icon on the top right corner of the screen -> click on the inbox option from the drop down list.
