Keep Getting errors when trying to restore video files on c drive

This morning I contacted a Rep and tried to get my files restored. She kept getting errors and couldn't

restore my files.  I had to reprogram my laptop and lost all my video files on my c drive yesterday.

Do you know what the errors the agent was getting when restoring. This will help me get to the bottom of your proble you are having.

No I didn't write them down is there any record of the session I had this morning ? I think her name was Pakeesh.
