In the past two weeks my computer has been regularly being infected by four different versions of fake antivirus software. NIS 2010 has done absolutely nothing to stop the infections. I just had to kill a fake MIcrosoft Essentials alert from my computer that took me an hour to fix. I submitted the file to Symantec. Hopefully, Symantec will fix the problems with their software
I did run a full scan of the computer. Reported no problems even with the fake message sitting on the screen the whole time NIS 2010 was running.
