If you are getting logged out of Norton due to activity, reset your browser's settings. Warning: This will make all of your extensions inactive. But it works. I had this issue for months, and IT could not figure it out. If you don't want to reset all your extensions, reset them individually. This helped me when it came to other websites as well.
