Keep losing Full Version status in Norton Mobile Security

In November 2012, I renewed my subscription for Norton Mobile Security (NMS) via Google Play Store, on my Samsung GT I9100 smartphone. According to my Norton Account details, the subscription expires Nov 24 2013.

At least three times since then, including today, I have gone into NMS to find that only three out of the six functions are available (Anti-Malware, Anti-Theft and Norton Apps) and that Backup, Call Blocking and Web Protection are NOT available.  And I am invited to ‘Upgrade to Full Version’ for which I have already paid.

From past experience what I have to do is uninstall NMS and then go to Play Store, download and reinstall NMS and register it with my Norton Account following which NMS is restored to the full version and also indicates the number of days remaining.  I have just done this again and have the Full Version back with 273 Subscription Days left. Software Version is V3.3.0.892.

Clearly there is a bug in the system whereby I repeatedly lose my entitled, paid for, ‘Full Version’ status and have to go through this convoluted, corrective process.  More importantly, I am being deprived of Web Protection, Call Blocking and Backup services when this happens.

What can be done, so that I have continuous ‘Full Version’ status and protection until my subscription expires.  Also because of these problems, I think I should have my current subscription proportionally extended.

Any thoughts will be appreciated.
