Keep vault local with upgrade from NIS to Norton Security?

I don't see that this has been asked recently, so before I turn the page on NIS, which I've used every year since its inception in 2000, can I keep the Identity Safe vault local if I upgrade to Norton Security Deluxe/Premium?
