I just installed Norton 360 today for the first time. I've brought over 400 passwords from Dashlane into Norton's password manager in the hopes of consolidating tools... HOWEVER... so far today, Norton has asked for the vault password easily 30 times.... this is obviously completely unacceptable. (In comparison, Dashlane will ask for this once every 2 weeks.) I've searched all the settings diligently but have not been successful in finding a setting to change this. Can anyone point me in the direction of how to solve this? I'm sure I must be doing something wrong.
Are you closing your browser between these login requests? The Norton Password Manager is designed to close the vault when the browser is closed as a security measure.
One setting your can try if your browser is Chrome or Edge is in Settings > System > Continue running background apps when Google Chrome/Edge is closed.
If it close easy its a securety Thing it does it somthims not always and ther is not a Thing you can do aboute it
