My family is unprotected at the moment as when my 4.1 licenses expired, I purchased new boxed product (as it was cheaper than a subscription at the time). So I am now stuck with 5 new boxes of Internet Security Suite 4.1 for Mac that I just don't seem to be able to use. It keeps asking for me to resubscribe or enter a resubscription key. I have tried completely uninstalling it and using the Remove all Symentec Products from here (http://rvowl.es/mhBLXX) but to no avail.
I tried asking a support engineer in the online Chat but the application wouldn't work - I couldn't type anything in the Windows. Help greatly appreciated!
