Key logger? Norton 360 .... & Adobe Flash player

I have had a hacker in my PC for years! It is done with Firefox Bookmarks files. I have never been able to get rid of this annoyance! It will lock the menu if I click on Bookmarks, and in conjunction with other malware interferes with my ability to write emails/worddocs etc.

Preposterous to be admitting I have to use Program Manager to close Adobe Flash so that I can write a sentence in anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And this has been ongoing for YEARS!

Hey Norton are you listening?

Related which is also really annoying! I have a Keylogger as well which seems to work more if Adobe Flash is loaded into memory. After upgrading MS W 8.1 with Adobe Reader it too has a spy app running, Adobe Reader Update etc.

What makes me wonder how much Norton technicians know is that none of these issues have been found by this Norton 360 installation.  I get the impression that there are very skilled hackers out there who are ahead of Norton's attempts to identify and neutralize threats.

In this case my tormentor, here in the USA, is very well equipped to create code that Norton - now mainly in Asia - cannot even see!
