Is there anything Norton offers for KeyLog attacks? I believe I have been a victim of Keylogging and would like information on how to not fall victim.

Welcome
NIS does scan for and protect you from keyloggers.
What makes you think you are a victim? Did you run a scan and find anything?
Run a full system scan in Safe Mode.
Also a second opinion is always a good idea. Try the free version of Malwarebytes, also from Safe Mode. You can download it from here.
I have the full version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware and was advised by them NOT to trust running it in safe mode. Although it will run, they say some of MBAM's drivers are NOT loaded in safe mode and will hinder getting a true result. Just thought I would pass along the info. Also, if running the full version along side of Norton the two have to be told to NOT scan each others folders. That's what originally got me on the phone with them.

As you say, you have the FULL version with drivers that get loaded. The free version does not use these AFAIK. It is not recommended to have any two Security suites installed at the same time, including Malwarebytes Pro.
That is why it is safe to use the free on demand version with Norton installed, as you do not have conflicting scanners in memory.
