I installed Online Family and set up accounts for my children for their user ids. The web settings for both of them are set to monitor only, not to block anything. When both of them try to access Internet Explorer, they get error messages. Internet Explorer still works for me under my userid, so it seems to me that Online Family is somehow preventing them from even opening Internet Explorer. Do you have any suggestions?
