Hey all,
So I unfortunately had to re-install Norton yesterday on my laptop and went to put some music on my phone on Kies 3. Now before the re-installation Kies worked just fine. No complaints whatsoever, but now my laptop isn't even detecting the phone when it's connected and when I go into Kies 3 it's just stuck on the Connecting screen. Does anybody have any ideas on what permissions Norton needs for the program to work again or any other ideas? =/
