Issue abstract: Kill Switch not working
Detailed description: Kill Switch is activated, but when VPN is turned off, internet is still accessible.

Kill switch is activated when the VPN drops unexpectedly and kills your internet connection.
If you turn off the VPN manually yourself that is not an unexpected event and therefore kill switch is not activated. Also, if you have reconnect turned on for that network then the OS will reconnect to the network anyway.
