EAP testers who are running 22.18.0.208 on Windows 10 platform, when trying to apply the new patch, will experience an issue wherein they will not be able to launch the product. This is a Known Issue. The testers would need to Download and run the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool to be able to install the new Norton 22.18.0.213 build.
