Kündigung bzw. Rückerstattung

Mir wurden 74,99€ von meinem Konto abgebucht.  (kosten im Handel 34,99€!)

Ich wollte eine Rückerstattung für die Verlängerung meines Norton Abonnements beantragen. Dazu werde ich zu den Norton-Support -Kündigen und verlängern- geführt - Auswahloption Beantragen einer Rückerstattung der jährlichen Verlängerungsgebühr. Dann werde ich ständig im Kreis geschickt - im enddefekt passiert Garnichts!

MY SUBSCRIPTIONS reports:  Activate Subscription Renewal ... with Automatic Renewal Off.

I was debited € 74.99 from my account. (in stores cost € 34.99!)

I wanted to request a refund for my Norton subscription renewal. To do this, I am directed to Norton Support - Cancel and Renew - the option to request a refund of the annual renewal fee. Then I am constantly being sent in circles - in the end, nothing happens!

I hereby ask for clarification. Thanks very much!

Norton Community does not have access to your Norton account, your payment information nor your bank/credit card.
