Lack of means to export or download scan log entries

Product & version number:

OS details: Windows 11

What is the error message you are seeing?

If you have any supporting screenshots, please add them:

There needs to be a means to export, or at least print, (not just view) the scan logs.

Print from File menu. Export to where? Download to where?
Norton 360 Scan reports reside with \ProgramData

Maybe, I’m reading your opening post wrong?

Hi bjm. Thanks for this information. Unfortunately, I’ve used Norton 360 for a long time but had not delved deeply into all of it’s features, some of which may be new. This became recently important when I did a large file copy and Norton ran automatically and unexpectedly found a number of problems with the destination copies. When I started looking at the scan logs through the user interface, I did not see report options you cite. I also did not find any reference to the report generation feature during any online searches I did. Unfortunately, the option you referenced seems to apply only to scans run after the option is set. However, what I want to be able to do is generate a file or report historically, e.g. for a scan run on 8/6/2025, prior to me setting the report option The data is clearly there, since I can see it through the Security History tab. I just think there should be a way to access (download) it to generate a historical report using Excel or print the data retrospectively.
Thanks for your assistance.

What Category? Security, Performance, Privacy, Informational
What Severity? High, Medium, Info
“number of problems” may just be Informational

v24+ Security History is not v22 Security History
v24+ Scan report is minimal vs v22
You’re not missing much by just now enabling report.

sounds reasonable. I’m not aware how.

Maybe, screenshots & Copy to Clipboard will satisfy for now.
