Is there ever a lag with the reporting of activity to the web site? I am see activity from yesterday, but not today.
Please note that the lag in reporting the child PC activities in web portal will only be in minutes.
If you are still not able to see the activities, we kindly request you to provide us with additional information like screenshots, child PC details, etc.

The last reporting I see from anyone is today at 6:47pm today.
I just logged in to my daugther's account at 9:30pm or so, went to a blocked web site, entered a reason for wanting to go to the site to report back to the parent, and then backed out. Nothing was reported on the web site. The kids are getting appropriately blocked and time restricted, etc. on the accounts they use, but I am seeing inconsistent reporting back to the web site.
How does Norton Safety Minder report back to the OnlineFamily.Norton site? Is it batched up and sent or does individual activity get sent?
I know there is some level of communication coming back down because I updated the house rules by adding back in a web category and the account in question was able to cleanly go to the site (it was blocked previously).
Any ideas?

The reporting is done in batches, as we collect the data for a certain period of time (in minutes) and send it up to the OnlineFamily.Norton site. The lag should not be days, but minutes.
