I Found the solution to my problem :

 

I saw on your site the the new version  of NIS is available and upgrading from an earlier version is for free.

So, I have downloaded the new release of the NIS product in english and registered the product

with my dutch product key = problem solved .

 

I have a fully operational english version now !
