i am using Norton 360 v6 which is doing routine work smoothly. But its interface language is Turkish so i can do some additional task. So plese help me how to change the language.

What language version did you purchase ... Turkish?  What language do you wish to change to?

 

Norton is not set up so you can change languages just by clicking on something but if you need a permanent or semipermanent change then it can be achieved by reinstalling using the language version you want.

I assume you want to stay with V6 -- if not please say so and I'll give you different links.

 

You should be able to download V6 -- which is not the latest V20 / 2013 version where the brought the version number into line with the other Norton products -- using thE link below which matches what you have -- Standard or Premier since the keys are not interchangeable.


Download N 360 V6 Standard 2GB edition

 


Download N 360 V6 Premier 25GB edition

 


Save (Not Run) to a safe place on your hard drive where you can find it again. 

 


When you are ready to install I recommend Right Mouse clicking on the file and selectting Run as Administerator if that is available on your version of Windows since it can give more reliable results -- if you don't see that just Run or Open to start the installation. When it's completed run the LiveUpdate a few times with a restart inbetween until it says you are fully uptodate.

NOTE two things about the language change:

 

 -- the Turkish KEY will activate the English language version

 

 -- but do not go to the Update Center or use New Version Check since those will install the Turkish version matching the key and under Settings / Updates turn OFF Automatic Download of New Version. That last does not automatically install the new upgrade but it wastes your time and space by downloading a language you do not want.

 

 -- when you want to Upgrade to V20 / 2013 or lalter come here and tell us and we can give you the link for that version in English.

I followed your instructions and succefully changed the language.

Now the version is Norton 360 V 6.3.0.14

Update process has also been completed

Just one clarification is   "it did not ask any key" and only valid for 148 days so what what i do next

Glad you got the language change.

 

It will have picked up the key from the previous installation.

 

You don't get a new 366 day subscription when you do this language change. Did you have more than 148 days before the change?

 

If so you can try Support / Subscription Status  to see if that synchronizes it.

 

Otherwise check with Norton OnLine Support via the CHAT route as below
