I'm an American in Korea. My Norton subscription came due while here and Norton automatically sends me to the Korean Norton website to renew which is a total waste of time. I can read Korean a little, but have you ever seen a Korean website? What a maze! Options, Norton! Give people language options on your websites instead of making assumptions about it. There was NOTHING on the Korean website to switch to English, another no-no for expats. I am sufficiently irritated to consider using another product.
