My laptop was down for few days. The date was changed to Jan 2012. And norton start saying your subscription expired. I tried to reenter product key but not working.
If your system date shows 2012, Norton is going to show the subscription error. Do you know why this happened? Did you change your CMOS battery?
You need to go into Windows Settings > Date and Time and be sure your date, time and time zone are correct. Then you can open your Norton product and click on Help > Subscription Status to have your Norton product sync with the Norton subscription servers.
