Laptop frozen by fake Indian scams (co.in)

Note: Please do not post Personally Identifiable Information like email address, personal phone number, physical home address, product key etc.

Issue abstract: my iPhone is ok, but hp laptop (latest windows downloaded) has a problem. Two unremovable menus cover 1/3 of right screen that assert the pc is virus damaged …both from: (trash #s).networkspeedchain.co,in. (One calls itself McaAfee . D the other and the other Windows … both are “co.in”. These fakes cover up and do not let me access Norton.
Also, I signed for LifeLock a couple of months ago.
