I had Norton 360 installed on 3 computers and have 389 days remaining. The laptop hard drive with the downloaded program crashed. I have installed a new hard drive but can’t find any way to get the program again without paying for a new product. I have spent hours on the Norton site but can’t figure out what to do. Is there a way to get the program again and use the product key that I DO have? I appreciate any help you can offer.
I am glad to that the previous links have been reported here. There is a large number of products that can be downloaded from that page.
I personally use the webpage: http://www.symantec.com/norton/support/kb/kbload.jsp?docurl=step_2007110623122976&selected_nav=1&pvid=
This webpage currently contains version 2.0 of 360 and 360 premium.

Thank you so very much. I have spent so much time trying to figure out how to download and reinstall the program, and you solved my dilemma so quickly. All is now installed, running perfectly, and thank goodness, during the time without an anti-virus program running - I ducked getting infected.
Hi Latrice
One last thing, make sure to run Live Update again, several times if necessary, restarting when necessary, until no more updates are available.
This is always an essential practice after a new install.
All the best.
