@FattiesGoneWild The images you posted are too filtered (blurred) when I downloaded and reviewed. Could you post the error and exception codes? If there is a fault bucket ID as well that would generally be a huge help as well.
Since SFC shows clean have you also ran DISM? dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth from an elevated prompt ( run as admin )
Have you, attempted a repair of your Norton installation within Norton settings?
What does the system event viewer show related to the issue?

Clear pictures added. Windows 11 reinstall recently with Dell image with all updates as well. Where do I get the error and exception codes with fault bucket? Think I found them.

Did that Dell image come with trial version of non Norton AV product? If so, you need to fully remove that with the removal utility for that product before installing Norton.
It did not come with a free anti virus trial at all through any company.

Dell Inspiron 16 5620 directly ordered from Dell at the time. I also do use AdGuard as well. Even then, I never had this problem until I restored the system via Dell recovery. It has been 3 years since ever doing a recovery. Recovery was done via download through Dell’s own recovery system. I have restored it 3 times with all Windows 11 updates as well and still happening randomly.
Disable Ad-Guard per step #2 of my post. Lets try to nail down WHAT the cause is that is triggering Norton.
Do you have Intel Iris Xe, or optional discrete NVIDIA GeForce MX550 / MX570 GPU?

AdGuard (paid) and Norton 360 are my go to for Windows 11. That would be disappointing not being able to use AdGuard. GPU Intel Iris. Per Dell automatic driver check, latest drivers are installed. Again, it’s crazy had used that combo just fine ever since having this laptop. This mess started only when the system was recovered. I don’t know if it’s linked to that or not. Thank you all for continued assistance trying to get this figured out.
