Laptop says subscription has run out but it shouldn't have

Hi, I have a Norton 360 subscription for 3devices and have it on my desktop and 2 laptops. tonight my daughters laptop says that the subscription has expired but when I look in my account, it says that it is on three devices and there are no downloads left.  How can I find out what computers those three downloads are actually on? and make sure hers is still protected.  she's had the laptop since January and the subscription it was on shouldn't have run out yet.  Also, about three months ago we replaced an old desktop with a new one.  I had thought that I had transferred the subscription over to the new one correctly but now I'm wondering if one of these download is on the old desktop?
