Latest Norton Family not working (3.0.0.52)

Hi

 

Running Windows 7 with IE 11 and all latest Service Packs and Windows Updates installed.  Norton Family Safe 3.0.0.52 has stopped working.  The Norton Family Windows Service cannot start.  Also running latest Norton Internet Security.  Used to work until latest round of updates it seems.
