Latest Norton ISS and WS.REPUTATION.1 file

I got one of these files. That 'warning' (it isn't, file is quarantined) tells me not many people use it, true, it is a beta I'm testing. Not a real problem though. I can recover it out of Quarantine.

Now two problems, one for me and one for my wife's computer, both running the same level of ISS 2012.

My problem was with the Beta code. That filename has as part of it the date of the release. So when I went to restore it I didn't check do this for this file all the time but Exclude it. See attachments.... It was never restored? I tried again D/L's it and got the same 'warning'. Now I have 2 copies in Quarantine. I restored the last one checking that box not to exclude it. Worked fine? Tried the older one again, box NOT checked and it said another copy existed, do I want to replace it, and I did. Does that box HAVE TO BE checked or the file will not be recovered?

My wife's problem was slightly different. Same warning, but the file NEVER got put into Quarantine. Tried it twice... it showed in RECENT HISTORY but not in QUARANTINE? She had to disable Norton's A/V protection, get the file, install it and turn Norton back on.

Has there been a change in the ISS as it was updated recently to 19.7.1.5?
