Will Point Blank say that far to much time is spent on ways to Nag me to buy more unwanted products then Repairing this issue.
Period. The Right Click Option to Scan Files does not work. Period.
Old Windows 10 install, Clean Win 11 install. Does Not Work.
Other system From Win10 to Win 11 22H2, Win 11 25H2 it still does not work.
Someone please get the idea that 1 the menu should go back to 1st right click contect menu and not be on Show More.
It does not work and needs to be fixed. We do not need a reinstall a repair nor remove and reinstall we need This fixed by Nortonlifelock. Reallocate some money from Nag Department and put into fixing this issue. Like Malwarebytes is in the 1st part of the Context Menu and I have to use it to scan files since Norton is in the Show More Options part and it does not work.

Still getting Nagged as functionality changes while the Right Click Scan with Norton is still buried in the 2nd part of Windows Context Menu on Win11 25H2 current release build on 2 systems.
NO Ability to scan with Right Click.

Hello @Pkshadow. Same for me, right click scan of any type file does nothing on either my W10 machine or on my W11 laptop. I completely agree with you regarding the norton Shameful response. norton gives the illusion of support, but behind the curtain nothing is being done on this Right Click Scan issue.
On a different issue I’m having, nothing is being done on Screen Cast blocked by norton firewall. Different issues, same results; norton = nothing done to correct a norton dysfunction.
norton has charged our credit cards full price. norton has added a zillion upsell popups.
