Settings → Troubleshooting → Reset to Default
Is this just Norton back talk? Can you really backup your settings before doing a reset?
If so how do you backup your custom settings?
I’m not aware of Norton 360 feature/function to back up any settings.
I waited a day and with the New Version of Norton 360 they fixed the cloud backup so I was starting out fresh - no reset needed, I was now able to setup a new backup that works and doesn’t use up the 50GB

@raphaelvowles Norton Admins and employees are the only people who have access to the forums and website configurations. Indeed the announcements are dated, Norton hasn’t posted updated announcements for every small update for quite some time. Personally I believe those who are doing the updating are wearing many hats of responsibility at Norton. Time may not be a golden asset for them to update as often as they would like. That being said the announcements posted here are generally good for everyone unless something is posted otherwise in the release notes that is viewable.
