I have had this happen to me on multiple occasions in the past and this time I'm at the brink of giving up on Norton. No matter how I set it up, making sure to toggle it to exclude nothing without manually checking with me first it ends up excluding files. If that's not bad enough it doesn't give me any clear option on how to retrieve or restore them, which I can't believe is an acceptable behavior for any sort of software.
Am I missing something here? Is there a way for me to recover these files?
