Legitimate Pop-Up? "Norton Confidential needs to add the Phishing Toolbar"

I'm running Norton Confidential (2.1.1 -5) for Mac (OSX 10.6.7) provided by Comcast with Firefox 4.0.1.

On 05-21-2011 I received a Pop-Up with the message "Norton Confidential needs to add the Phishing Toolbar".   Installation required entering the Mac system password.  I ended up providing the password to apparently install.  Was this legitimate?  If not, I'm not sure what to do at this point ... Change the Mac's System Password?

I ran  LiveUpdate today and I see that I have:

"NCO for Macintosh Anti-Phishing Engine" (3.1.3)

"NCO for Macintosh Anti-Phishing Defs" (latest)

I'm not noticing any issues, but do want to make sure this was all legitimate.

Have any other users experience this pop-up?  It was not clear if this was through LiveUpdate when installed.
