Lettering on tile (basic UI)

This issue was present in a few beta's and still is currently present, the issue is with the letterin within the tile which states the current status of the users computer protection, Secure, At risk etc, it overlaps with other letters which can be seen within the screenshot.

Yes i have the same problem after installing Norton Internet Security 2013 on my pc.It also slows down my pc when booting up.

Hi,

i've noticed that too, if you open the program for the first time, it's ok, BUT if, for example, you click on LiveUpdate and then return to the main basic UI, (by clicking "close" to the left), then the issue you mentionned is there.

Needs to be fixed.

Best,

Yep this is the same behavior im experincing, although I can't say I have noticed any slow down when booting up or any atall?

Hope they sort it, Know its only a minor detail but its so anoying when the rest of the product is great :)

Thank you, we are aware of this problem, and it will be fixed in a future update.

To be specific, when you open the UI the fonts look ok, as soon as the UI animates, the fonts look, well, not so ok.

That's correct :)

On the home sceen if you look at the green box on the left with the heading “Secure” If you close and open the interface via the sys tray icon then the word “Secure” looks good…but the second you click on another box IE live update then go back to the home screen via the left sided close icon, you should see that the word “Secure” appears squashed together and one less font size to the other box texts.

Confirmed, this is also reported here: http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-Internet-Security-Norton/Lettering-on-tile-basic-UI/m-p/800622#M216222
