I recently installed WinSQL and use it to access an ACUCOBOL database and now Norton is quarantining libexpat.dll and breaking the SQL access and access to the ACUCOBOL database and I don't understand why. I know I can tell Norton to restore it by accessing the security history but I would like to understand why it is happening.
