I have licences for TWO Norton products - Norton 360 (3 Licences) and Norton Internet Security (3 Licences).
One of my PC's is telling me that it is unlicensed. When I log into my Norton account, it (PC-i7) is showing as covered by the license. When I attempt to download Norton in an attempt to re-install, it tells me that all licences are used (no surprise) but when I pick use an existing licence, it only shows me two windows 10 PC's that I do not wish to un-licence.
Do I have to un-install Norton from the PC-i7 to be able to get it licenced? This seems very tedious...
People of Norton (if you read these) can you come up with a way to consolidate licences, too, please?
