I was having problems with NMS crashing frequently, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. After the reinstallation, it took about 48 hours before I succeeded in logging into my Norton Account to re-register the paid version. When the server finally allowed me to log in, everything seemed to be back to working the way it should, but that lasted only about four hours. Now I’m suddenly and inexplicably back to the free version, and it’s asking me to log in to register. When I try to log in, I get an error code 2104. Can anyone tell me what that means and how to fix it?
I’m running the app on a Motorola Droid RAZR M, Android version 4.1.1. NMS is version 3.3.0.892.
No sooner did I post that than I was able to log in. Still, in case it happens again, out in case anyone else has the same issue, it would be great to get a solution/explanation if anyone can offer one.

Unfortunatley i cannot offer a explanation except maybe it has just been a
temporary server bug that has been the issue that has now been resolved.
It is great news that you are now up and running with NMS on your Android
device.
