I have just bought a new PC and was looking to download a Norton Internet Security copy which I thougt I was entitled too...I thought I had previously bought Norton Internet Security for 3 PCs. But my subscription page says I've only registered for 1. Is it possible to "lose" PC entitlements if they're not used after a certain time?
If it helps give a clue to what I actually bought, I paid (Australian) $99.99 for NIS 2009 in March 2009, and then $79.99 for NIS 2010 in March 2010. I can find no record of how many PCs I was licensed to, in my confirmation emails.
