License loss and show trial expired

Hello ,

 

We have 2 license :

 

NIS 3 PCs and Norton 360 Multi-Device 5 Devices .

 

NIS installed on 3 PCs and norton 360 MD installed on 2 PCs and 1 mobile .

 

but we have a interesting Problem :

 

some PCs loss license and show massage " Trial Expired " and We force again insert license and actived software .

 

i think This problem becuase trial licenses are at norton panel .
