Licensed installs of Norton 360 Deluxe on Android do not appear in My Devices

Issue abstract:
Licensed installs of Norton 360 Deluxe on Android do not appear in My Devices
Detailed description:
I am attempting to identify installs of Norton 360 Deluxe on my Android devices as there appear to be duplicates consuming licenses, but they do not appear in My Devices so I cannot attempt to rename them correctly for overall instance management and general identification purposes. In the distant past, you could rename your instance using the Android app, but it appears that is no longer the case, much to my chagrin.

Product & version number:
5.109.3.250313400
OS details:
Android 15

What is the error message you are seeing?
The required entries are not present in the list.

If you have any supporting screenshots, please add them:
Only my Windows instances are listed under My Devices, no Android instances are present. These used to be present, though I cannot say how long ago that was. I have only recently wanted to clean up my 15 licenses to ensure that they are actually being used and that I’m not wasting my money, given that I am now retired and on a fixed income.

any chance you have another Norton account?
does the phone appear with Manage Licenses?
for example:

do you find Edit Name?

you wrote Norton 360 Deluxe and 15 licenses? Um, my Deluxe is for up to 5 devices.
any chance you purchased Norton 360 for Android direct from Play Store?

Lets ask our Mobile Master @peterweb

Duplicates in the My Devices page do not mean much. The Devices page in the Norton Account has been notorious for incorrect/outdated information. The correct information is in the My Subscriptions page as suggested by bjm_ above.

Both my iPhone and Android phones are showing in my Devices page. I second the question asked by bjm_ as to whether you might have purchased a subscription directly from the Google Play Store? If so, I don’t think those show up in your Norton Account as Google manages those licences.

Hello @salindley

Thanks for the reply. I have a single Norton account, have had it for years and years. I have 15 licenses, in 3 packs of 5. I used to be able to manage the names of my Android devices in MyDevices, but they no longer appear there. They do show up under Manage Licenses, unfortunately there are duplicate entries that I believe reflect the fact that both my Wife and I have identical model phones as well as tablets. Weirdly, the phones show up on multiple licenses under MySubscriptions. For instance, my Wife and I both have Pixel 7’s, yet mysteriously there are 4 entries under 3 different licenses tagged as “Google_Pixel_7”. Even weirder, ONE of our tablets shows up under MyDevices, yet the other doesn’t. And there’s no clear way to sort out which is which. By my count, I have 8 different devices licensed for Norton 360 Deluxe, yet 12 devices show up under MySubscriptions, with no good way to remove the “strays” and guarantee that I’m not impacting the devices by removing their licenses. And the “First Installation” dates are all over the place. It used to be a simple matter to tag a device with a name under the settings for individual instances of Norton so that you could easily and cleanly manage them, but that mysteriously no longer appears to be the case. Why would such a critical feature be removed? It’s gone from a simple matter to manage Norton instances to a real pain-in-the-buns, and I can’t imagine why Norton would inflict this on its customers.

Thank you for your reply.
I have only purchased licenses for Norton directly from Norton. I wasn’t aware that licenses COULD be purchased from the Play Store. To be sure, I just checked the Subscriptions under Google Play, and only one (for ITTT) appears, as I had expected.
