Licenses Used But Not Showing In My Norton

Norton 360 - Windows 10 Home
If I sign into My Norton, one of the 8 "blocks" on the screen is labeled "Device Security".  There is a link in that block that reads "View Devices".  If I mouse-over that and click "View Devices", I see only two of the 4 computers we have Norton 360 installed on.  (The same is true is I click on "Manage Licenses" in that block.

However, if I hover over my name in the upper-right corner > click "My Subscriptions" > then directly under "Norton 360 with LifeLock Select", click "Manage Licenses  .....  I see all 4 computers.

Why the discrepancy?  Norton Support basically said to ignore it.  Is there a way to have them agree?

Thanks! Dexter

If you are no longer going to be using the older computer, be sure you go to My Subscriptions and click on the trash can beside the old computer to free up the activation.

Peterweb,

Thank you - I did check that setting on my wife's computer (one of the two computers that are not showing).  I actually turned the setting off, closed out, went back in, turned it back on and saved.  There was no change in the devices section.

That said, I think my question will take care of itself very shortly.  We've decided to replace her laptop with a desktop (Christmas present).  It's gotten quite sluggish and is almost 8 years old.  My guess is that when we remove her laptop and replace that license with the new machine, it will show up.  Thanks though!

The Devices section has been notorious for having incorrect/incomplete information. As you noted, the My Subscriptions page does have the correct information.

First thing to check is open your Norton product on each device and click on Settings > Administrative Settings, and scroll down to Remote Management. Be sure that setting is turned on. Then go back to the main Norton screen and click on Help > Subscription Status. That should  sync your device with the Norton Subscription servers.
