Lifelock alert count is incorrect

I have Norton 360 with Lifelock installed on a Windows/PC and on an Android Phone, and the Lifelock "ID Theft Protection" section always shows 1 alert. When I press the View Alerts button it says there are no alerts. When a legitimate alert comes in the Alert count will display 2, but there will actually only be 1 alert available for my review. Once I review it the counter goes back down to 1. Consistent and persistent bug. I have the latest release of Norton 360. Anyone else having this issue?

As you are seeing this on both Android and Windows, I'll ask this thread be moved to a more appropriate forum board for better exposure.

The alert counter is displaying on the Norton 360 app on my Nokia 6.2 android version 10 phone and also on my Windows 10 PC. It’s not an OS issue.

As you posted in the Mobile forum I take it that it is the Mobile device showing this behaviour. What Android device and Android version are you using?

Is the notification you are seeing in the 360 app or the Norton Identity app? 

Is the notification in the app or on the app's icon on your home page?
