I received an ALERT form LifeLock notifying me that a New Loan had been taken out in my name. I DID NOT TAKE OUT ANY NEW LOANS. So I logged in to my Life lick account to Dispute it as I have done in the past. This time there was no place to dispute it. There was also no information as to where or what or how much. Just the statement that a New Short Term Loan had been taken out in my name. Once I read the Alert - it just Archived it. I do not understand. What is the point ?!?!
I have been a member of LifeLock for probably over 15 years. You used to be able to reach someone. Now, this community forum seems to be the only help available. And - although I was guided here from the website to get help - this does not seem like the right place.
Please - someone tell me how to actually get a hold of someone at LifeLock. Many years ago I had my info stolen and LifeLock was a HUGE help in getting my accounts corrected and just basically helping me to avoid complete financial destruction. From my experience today so far, I really am not sure what I'm paying for anymore.
