LifeLock Bank accts. always getting disconnected

Norton Lifelock 360 Ultimate Plus:  On ID Theft Protection-Transactions Tab-Overview-My bank and brokerage account monitoring keeps disconnecting the accounts and gives me the error message "Accounts that need attention".  After reconnecting the accounts, several days later they keep getting disconnected.  I have been on the phone with tech. support but they can't help me.  Does anyone know why this keeps happening and is there a solution to this annoying problem?  I'm paying for monitoring but my accounts are not getting monitored.  Thanks for your help on this.  I have a MacBook Pro and an iPhone.
