I received Alerts on ID Theft Protect but when I hit link the second page [the one with the Information} is BLANK. Have called for help NUMEROUS times; last time was about TWO WEEKS ago, said my case had been "elevated or escalated" and I would receive a return call from that team agent. have NOT had a return call!!! ID Theft Protection IS the MAIN feature/reason for buying LifeLock so NOT being able to view WHAT the issue is is CRAZY and Scary. Vary/Extremely POOR SERVICE. I have used Norton since getting a computer Decades ago and have never experienced this sort of Problem!!! What should I do. Note: other than the LifeLock issue, Norton is still operating great.
